Grade 3, 4 & 5
Girls attending Grade 3, 4 & 5 ballet classes and are required to wear a RAD Approved Sleeveless 'Megan' OR 'Anna' leotard with Princess Line and waist belt in the colour 'Navy'. Satin full-sole ballet shoes (Grade 3) OR Satin split-sole ballet shoes (Grade 4 & 5) must be worn at all times and should be paired with ballet socks or tights in a shade that matches the dancer’s natural skin tone. Girls entering examinations will also be required to have Low (Grade 3) OR Cuban (Grade 4 & 5) Heel Character Shoes and a Character Skirt with Blue Ribbons. Girls entering the Grade 3 examination will require the Grade 3 Exam Prop for Wednesday lessons and examinations. Hair should be tied up in a ballet style bun, with hair kept out of the face. Please remember that all jewellery should be removed before entering the studio.
** Optional accessories permitted for class include leg warmers, a cross-over wrap cardigan, and headbands to help keep hair out of faces.
